Usually in 1-3 weeks. If your fence requires immediate attention, please let us know so we can get it taken care of ASAP.
We take our time and build our fences right. We do not use the usual industry shortcuts or cut any corners. We want every fence to be as perfect and to last as long as possible.
In most instances, the process of installing your fence will take 2-3 working days. Highly customized and larger projects will take longer. Large lots, difficult digging conditions, bad weather and unforeseen obstacles can also lengthen build times.
No. We will do our best to make the process as smooth as possible, without adding any inconveniences to you or your schedule.
Unless otherwise arranged, half is due when we begin and the other half upon completion and you are 100% satisfied with your project.
We accept cash, checks and Zelle. Credit cards also accepted for an addional fee.
We will do our best to accommodate your furry family members' outside time and safety. We will give you plenty of notice before arriving and when leaving for the day and notify you of any unsecured areas. We are also able to put up a temporary fence if desired.
No. We are as small and local as it gets. You will likely only deal with one person - the owner.
We call the utility companies prior to beginning each and every job. We allow plenty of time for each to come and mark their lines.
Please note that each company only marks their lines and will not mark any personal lines such as: gas grill lines, gas lines for generators, electrical service lines going from the transmission box to the meter, among others.
Please mark any lines that may cross paths with the fence including water lines, irrigation and sprinkler lines, etc. If necessary, we can reroute any sprinkler lines or heads for an additional fee.
Over the years, we have used many sources and developed relationships with several fence suppliers throughout the Houston area. The consistently reliable quality of the materials we install is crucial. While some installers may use cheaper sources, we choose not to sacrifice the quality, durability or beauty of our fences and always purchase our materials from reputable sources.
Katy, Richmond, Cypress.
Most newer builder grade fences in the Houston area will last around 10-15 years. A well built fence has the potential to last 20+ years. Ask us how to make your fence last longer.
We only use premium pressure treated pine pickets. As an alternative, we also offer douglas fir.
We encourage everyone to use western red cedar pickets. Treated pine pickets age prematurely and do not handle the Houston climate well. Some cedar types are inferior to western red cedar. Alternatives to avoid:
Chinese Cedar- Used by many fence companies because of its lower cost, Chinese Cedar is not actually cedar, it is fir. Its ability to resist decay and weathering is inferior to Western Red Cedar making it less suitable for fences and other outdoor structures.
Japanese Cedar- A newer product on the market in the US that shows promise as being a lower cost alternative to Western Red Cedar. However, the pickets are thinner and less sturdy resulting in a tendency to split or break during installation and a likely shorter lifespan.
No.
We do not compete with other installers and companies by trying to beat their prices. Instead, we strive to offer the absolute best service, products and craftsmanship for the best price possible.
However, please feel free to submit your other bids. We will try our best to beat it. We have built relationships with a number of fence suppliers throughout the years and our purchasing power allows us discounted prices not available to the general public.
